CAUS in COURT 3-13-99

1) CAUS v. Department of Army (documents based upon statements by Col. [dec.] Philip Corso about seeing alien bodies and alien autopsy reports).

No change from last week's announcement which can be found on the CAUS website.

2) CAUS v. Department of Defense (information about the triangular shaped UFOs)

This case is pending in the United States District Court in Phoenix. Last week CAUS, surprisingly, received a second response from the DoD....a letter from D.O. Cooke, Director, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Directorate for Freedom of Information and Security Review (DFOISR) stating: 'Nevertheless, based upon your appeal, the DFOISR directed searches of the Joint (Chiefs of) Staff and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the most likely offices within the OSD/JS that could potentially have records of the type your client seeks. The Joint Staff and DARPA searches revealed no responsive records.'

It is inconceivable to CAUS that, no matter the origin, identity or responsibility for these craft, the Joint Chiefs of Staff would not have any records of these unusual objects that have been continually (at least since the early 80s) seen in our skies. Though CAUS, in its request and subsequent Complaint, could not provide either the name of the project(s) nor the exact location of the records, the Complaint did contain a description of the craft, performance characteristics, one photo and several sketches. Further, one would think that there are not that many craft fitting that description with those performance capabilities and seen in certain places at certain times. Under all possible scenarios...the DoD would be aware of this craft. The obvious conclusion...the Department of Defense is lying. The only question is...why!

CAUS will now prepare a Discovery Motion to submit to the DoD.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS SEEN THE TRIANGULAR CRAFT TO COMPLETE THE AFFIDAVIT WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE CAUS WEBSITE

3) CAUS v. FBI; CIA & Department of Defense (information about the 'alien abduction phenomenon')

No change from last week's announcement which can be found on the CAUS website.

4) CAUS v. ARIZONA

No change from last week's announcement which can be found on the CAUS website.
